„Dear Janusz,

I am glad to inform you that you have been elected by the GEC-ESTRO electoral body for a first term on the GEC-ESTRO Committee. The first mandate is for 6 years, hence up to 2018, and you will later have a chance to run for elections again to qualify for the second mandate (another 6 years), if you wish. The results of the elections will be announced at The GEC-ESTRO assembly on 21 April, 13.00-13.45, at the Geneva Forum, the exact venue to be specified later.
