Friday – 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
Telephone registration available:
Monday through Friday: 7:00 a.m.– 6:00 p.m.
Opposite the hospital entrance, there is an INFORMATION DESK for patients
(phone no. +48 61 8850 509), with the CENTRAL RECEPTION DESK right behind it
Patients are free to choose between different ways of registration:
When registering for a pre-scheduled ambulatory procedure or admission to a hospital ward, over-the-phone registration is not accepted; patients are required to call at the reception desk in person on the day of procedure or admission.
In the case of a dressing change, test results collection, follow-up visit or stitches removal, time has to be booked at an indicated clinic.

Referrals are not required from persons with special health care entitlements (war-disabled persons, politically persecuted persons, war veterans, military invalids, authorised soldiers or workers for treatments of injuries and diseases acquired while performing their duties abroad) upon presentation of appropriate documents.
