{"id":5898,"date":"2017-11-29T12:23:02","date_gmt":"2017-11-29T11:23:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wco.pl\/?page_id=5898"},"modified":"2017-12-27T12:03:15","modified_gmt":"2017-12-27T11:03:15","slug":"endoscopy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/wco.pl\/en\/about-us\/hospital-structure\/laboratories\/endoscopy\/","title":{"rendered":"Endoscopy"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Endoscopy<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Laboratory performs a variety of tests using the state-of-the-art endoscopic equipment and auxiliary devices to disinfect the equipment.<\/p>\n<p>Any equipment penetrating patient tissue (whether for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes) is single use.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Endoscopic procedures<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Diagnosis:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class='dt-sc-fancy-list  ocean  rounded-arrow'>\n<li>Upper section of the gastrointestinal tract \u2013 gastroscopy<\/li>\n<li>Lower section of the gastrointestinal tract \u2013 colonoscopy<\/li>\n<li>Bile ducts \u2013 ECPW<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Therapy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class='dt-sc-fancy-list  ocean  rounded-arrow'>\n<li>Removal of polyps and early cancers (polypectomy, EMR, ESD, APC)<\/li>\n<li>Barrett&#8217;s oesophagus \u2013 RFA procedure \u2013 \u201cHalo\u201d, hybrid-APC, ESD, EMR<\/li>\n<li>Restoring the patency of the gastrointestinal tract (angioplasty and stenting of all sections of the gastrointestinal tract)<\/li>\n<li>Percutaneous decompression of bile ducts<\/li>\n<li>Placing gastrostomy and gastrojejunostomy (PEG, PEJ)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If necessary, procedures are carried out in general anaesthesia at no extra cost.<\/p>\n<div class='dt-sc-hr-invisible  '><\/div>\n<h3>Headed by<\/h3>\n<p><strong>lek med.
