The objective of our two-semester course carried out by the Department of Electroradiology, Karol Marcinkowski University of Medical Sciences, is to educate and train a new group of medical professionals who, outside Poland, are known as \u2018coders\u2019. These are representatives of medical staff whose job is to collect medical information that allows, according to applicable laws and good medical practice, to obtain payment for health services provided.
